List of quarantine restrictions

According to the Decree of the head of the Perm Territory, Dmitry Makhonin, a regime of complete self-isolation has been introduced in the region. Now, in order to leave the house, you must have one of the following reasons:

  1. Obtaining emergency medical care (leaving the house is possible only when accompanied by doctors).
  2. Buying groceries at the nearest store or medicines at the nearest pharmacy.
  3. Take out the trash to the nearest container.
  4. Walking a pet (no more than 100 meters from the house).
  5. Work in life support organizations, authorities, law enforcement agencies (leaving the house is possible only if you have a pass or a certificate from the employer).

Quarantine in Berezniki affected every inhabitant. The city has the following restrictions:

  • The activities of most enterprises have been suspended. Life support organizations, authorities, law enforcement agencies, as well as shops and organizations that produce and sell food and essentials continue to work.
  • All public events have been cancelled.
  • All scheduled visits to medical institutions are postponed to dates after the end of the quarantine.
  • The volume of inter-municipal passenger traffic has been reduced by 80%, inter-regional bus service has been completely stopped.
  • While on the street, people must keep a distance of at least 1.5 m from each other and wear personal protective equipment.
  • Kindergartens are open to the public. That is, only those parents who need to be at the workplace can leave their child in the duty group.
  • Quarantine in schools, secondary and higher educational institutions implies distance learning. Schoolchildren and students do their homework in quarantine on their own, the check takes place online. From April 17, video lessons on preparing for the Unified State Examination will begin in the Perm Region.
  • All arriving at the airport and railway station are being advised to comply with strict home self-isolation for a period of 14 days.

All streets in Berezniki have been treated with hypochlorite (at least 700 tons of disinfectant were used). In the near future, it is planned to disinfect all entrances of residential buildings.

Possible punishments for quarantine violators

In order to monitor compliance with quarantine, street patrols have been intensified. Employees of law enforcement agencies, employees of administrations and doctors are working in this direction. They have been issued special passes allowing them to travel on the street.

Leaving the house in Berezniki during the coronavirus epidemic is strictly prohibited. For non-compliance with all restrictions, violators are subject to administrative liability. According to the new amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, the fine for violating quarantine is from 15,000 to 300,000 rubles.

When will it end and will there be an extension of quarantine in Berezniki

The timing of the self-isolation regime in Berezniki will depend on the epidemiological situation in the city and the country as a whole.
