Is it true that the girl has already died from the coronavirus?

On January 27, a 21-year-old girl was taken to the Vladivostok Infectious Diseases Hospital. The woman, who came from Shanghai, took a ticket to Moscow to get to her native Chelyabinsk. But, at the station, she went to the first-aid post with fever, headache and weakness. During the tests, the coronavirus was not found in the girl.

Why the quarantine regime of protection has not been introduced

After the death of a 13-year-old girl, the school was closed for quarantine. No quarantine measures were taken in the city, as the local authorities did not see the need for it. After the spread of coronavirus around the world and the emergence of cases of infection in Russia, the city began to adhere to quarantine rules.

As of March 11, influenza quarantine is maintained in medical institutions and social protection organizations until further notice. The Chelyabinsk territorial branch of Rospotrebnadzor reports a mixed etiology of the incidence of acute respiratory diseases, as influenza A and B viruses circulate.

Coronavirus in Chelyabinsk was not detected until mid-March, so a special regime is not introduced in this region. At the moment, there are 8 citizens of the People's Republic of China in the regional clinical anti-tuberculosis dispensary of Chelyabinsk. Doctors confirm that all patients are absolutely healthy.

In the Chelyabinsk region, 364 people are under medical supervision. Among them are citizens of the People's Republic of China, Italy, South Korea and Iran. In the region, the incidence of acute respiratory diseases is 10 percent lower than the epidemic threshold.

A call center of the regional Ministry of Health operates in the region. When the first symptoms of SARS appear, the authorities ask residents to call 80 351 240 15 16. It is possible to receive answers from doctors on the prevention of viral infections.

Rospotrebnadzor of the Chelyabinsk region requires the authorities to disseminate information about measures to prevent coronavirus. They require the use of individual personal hygiene items. When sneezing and coughing, cover your mouth with a handkerchief. The room in which people are located should be frequently ventilated and disinfected. It is necessary to exclude contact with people who have signs of SARS. When the first symptoms of colds appear, it is recommended to call a doctor at home.

New rules for crossing the border

In the Chelyabinsk region, border crossing will be carried out in accordance with the new rules. Unhindered border crossing is allowed for Russian citizens who are in Kazakhstan and for citizens of Kazakhstan who are in the Russian Federation. You need to have a document with you, according to which a person previously made a trip. Citizens of Russia in other cases can travel to Kazakhstan only if they have a foreign passport. If citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic have a foreign passport, they can enter the territory of the Russian Federation.

The same rules for crossing the border between Russia and Kazakhstan were previously introduced on the railway.
