On April 4, the head of the region, Gleb Nikitin, made changes to the operating hours of enterprises that do not contradict the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of April 2, 2020. On non-working days until April 30, organizations that perform:

- agricultural work;
- maintenance and repair of auto equipment;
- plants and factories that have a closed territory and the ability to ensure that employees maintain a distance of 1.5 meters in the workplace.
Important! Permission for enterprises to work on non-working days is issued by local authorities.
In order to receive a Confirmation of the right to work in the period until April 30, enterprises and organizations must fulfill 15 conditions. The main requirements remain:
- transfer of employees to remote work;
- a ban on direct contact with customers;
- installation of protective input filters.

Assistance in the regime of self-isolation until April 30 in the city is provided by the Dzerzhinsky Volunteer service. 100 members of the movement help pensioners with food purchases. Volunteers have their temperature taken before work with electronic thermometers. They are provided with bandages, certificates allowing movement around the city without restrictions.
Due to the spread of the virus, 11th grade graduates were exempted from the spring draft. Students prepare for the exam. Many plan to enter universities.
Schools in Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod Region, are quarantined, but since April 6 they have been mastering the distance learning process using electronic programs. This allows you to keep learning. Important! In these circumstances, the population can move on foot, by public transport, private car, taxi (the driver and the car are provided with all means of protection).
Due to the fact that the city is located in the “relevant territory” zone, only duty groups work in kindergartens.
Dzerzhinsk continues to live in self-isolation, like hundreds of cities in the country in the hope of a speedy invention of a vaccine against Covid-19.
